A new Creative Degustation Menu is now available at 8 1/2!
Chef Riccardo prudly presents the Sicilian Degustation Menu, a journey that celebrates the abundance and variety of ingredients and flavors in this Island.
Sicily is located at the far south of Italy and extends southwards into the Mediterranean Sea, towards the coast of North Africa. Blessed with a great climate and amazing products, it was influenced by a variety of People that passed through such as Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Arabs, Normans, Spanish and French. All this left a trace and further enriched the local cuisine: Chef Riccardo is now ready to take you through the colorful streets and markets of Sicily and introduce you to the amazing fresh seafood, vegetables and unforgettable desserts of this unique region.
New appetizing dishes have also enriched our A la Carte Menu! 
Included is the unforgettable signature “Ossobuco” and some more springtime dishes such as Fava Bean Ravioli with Pecorino Cheese and Spanish Carabinero Prawn with Burrata filling and Oscietra Caviar. A Classics degustation menu is also available with the signature dishes of 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA.

Wine List
The wine list of 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA, designed by General Manager and professional Sommelier Gian Luca Fusetto, includes around 450 labels. It features a wide selection of Italian wines together with others from all around the world, including France, Spain, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, United States, China, Chile, Argentina, South Africa and Lebanon.
The range of wines by the glass is also wide and often revised according to Menu and season. It encompasses both Italian and international grape varieties, wines of different body, characteristics and price. The idea behind it is to give variety but also quality and uniqueness which is normally hard to find “by the glass”.
The highlight in the current selection is definitely Chateau D’Yquem 1996 now available both by the bottle and by the glass.
