Born in Japan, Sohya collected important working experiences in Singapore-Marina Bay and then Le Platane in Shanghai, both as Pastry Chef, where he met Executive Chef Alan Yu.
Like Silvio, he worked in Hong Kong under Bombana’s supervision, in order to bring to Shanghai his spectacular creations.
