F&B Director Danilo Nicoletti originally from Ventimiglia (Italy) has worked in top restaurants around the world such as “Le Grill” Restaurant at mythic Hotel de Paris and Restaurant “Joel Robuchon” at stylish Hotel Metropole in Monte Carlo as Maitre d’ Hotel.
In Hong Kong, after being a member of “L’ Atelier de Joel Robuchon” Restaurant opening team as Maitre d’ Hotel, he joined the famous Toscana Restaurant at the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong where, together with Chef & Owner, Umberto Bombana, he established a long lasting friendship and cooperation.
Danilo with a passion for wines especially, is proud to manage this “chic” venue with his loyal team of well-trained professionals.
He is now in charge of developing and ensuring the philosophy and ambiance of 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
