Bob Xie: Pastry Chef

Bob, our pastry chef, is unquestionably the Master of Chocolate and a highly skilled professional in the kitchen. He came to Shanghai from neighboring Jiangsu and now leads his own small team of pastry wizards in the 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana Shanghai pastry kitchen, where you’ll find him baking our bread, making delicate petit fours and, of course, working with chocolate.
