Raffaello comes from Umbria, center of Italy.

He got the passion for food and cooking from his father, who taught him all the secrets of his cuisine during the years that they worked together in Qingdao.

Raffo (as we like to call him), joined the team few months ago, thanks to his experience, attitude and his fluent Chinese, became an integral part of the team.
