Here comes the hot season. Shanghai 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA launches brand new lunch menu of July, awakening your mid-summer taste buds with pure and passionate Sicilian flavor.



Chef Riccardo La Perna has designed a new lunch menu for the hot summer season – starting with selected tender Japanese fresh langoustines and seasonal vegetables, following up with traditional Italian homemade ravioli and reach the peak with soft Japanese amadai with seasonal fresh porcini. Then a glass of lemon ice cream-sorbet limoncello perfect ends the feast with its refreshing taste. All delicacy make a very “delicious” summer.



Langoustine|pan fried, artichokes emulsion, garden vegetables

Fresh langoustine from Japan and it has more complex and delicate taste which is a perfect combination with artichoke emulsion. Paired with seasonal vegetables, the freshing taste is good to start in this summer season.


Ravioli|homemade pasta filled with burrata, fresh tomatoes sauce, taggiasca olives

Traditional Italian cuisine is a must! Ravioli, a homemade short pasta filled with burrata. Very simple and tasty to enjoy with fresh tomato sauce and taggiasca olives.

The main dish Amadai, a very famous fish from the Japan meaning “sweet sea bream”. The meat is soft and it has slightly sweet and refreshing flavors. Cooked in sea salt accompanied with fresh porcini togive earthy flavours.
