After celebrating Christmas, New Year is fast approaching! A gorgeous feast is indispensable in Italy’s tradition while it also inherits the rich harvest in the upcoming year. On 31st December evening, 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Shanghai will launch an exclusive New Year’s Eve Menu designed by Chef Riccardo La Perna. With best selected winter ingredients, fresh black truffle and traditional Italian Pandoro, we welcome you to celebrate the special moment with our classic Italian cuisine.

New Year’s Eve Dinner (31st December) at RMB 2,480 with 10% service charge per person

Chef Riccardo insists to use high quality and fresh ingredients only and cook with sophisticated techniques to present the best of the flavor. Coming from Sicily, island in the Mediterranean Sea, Chef Riccardo put his signature seafood cuisine into the New Year Eve’s menu. Squid nigiri, fresh “Kuruma Ebi” shrimp and lobster will be cooked with diverse gimmicks. Above all, top black truffle will be served on the table.

In addition, the venison, traditional steamed cotechino and ham tortellini are represent full of savory flavor from chef’s home town. Special suprise is in dessert, you may feel the enthusiasm from tropical fruit in this cold season!
