Antonio Bombini – General Manager

Antonio Bombini, originally from Bisceglie, in Southern Italy, has grown up in his family’s restaurant, discovering a huge passion for fine dining.
After working in several 5 stars hotels in Italy, he moved to Monaco and has been working at Restaurant “Joël Robuchon” Monte-Carlo in prestigious Hotel Metropole for 4 years, to become one of the Maîtres d’Hotel.
A new challenge led him to Hong Kong, where he joined Chef BOMBANA and Danilo as Assistant Manager in 2011. Starting from January 2012, Antonio was promoted to Restaurant Manager, thanks to his great communication and professional skills supported by his co-worker Tony Wong. Today, having acquired outstanding expertise in fine dining, 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA is proud to announce him General Manager of this chic 3 Michelin starred venue in Hong Kong.
