Keith, Yam Ka Lok – Chef de Cuisine

Originally from Hong Kong, Chef Keith learned his culinary skills at a young age and worked up from the position of Senior cook to Chef De Partie in the city’s reputable hotels such as The Langham and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Tosca.

Having acquired Chef Bombana’s philosophy on food & lifestyle, Keith is now appointed Chef of the kitchen team this year 2013.
