Tony Wong – F&B Manager

Tony Wong, from Hong Kong, started his adventure in “Petrus” Island Shangri-La – Hong Kong and has been working there from 2000 to 2006, before moving to Joël Robuchon’s Michelin-starred restaurant at The Landmark.
His extensive knowledge of wines combined with a passion for fine dining led him to join 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA in 2010, where he worked as Assistant Manager until December 2011. In January 2012, thanks to his great communication and professional skills, Tony was promoted to Restaurant Manager with the support of his co-worker Antonio Bombini. This year 2013, 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA is proud to announce him Food & Beverage Manager to further contribute to Chef BOMBANA’s restaurant projects in Hong Kong.
